不同浸种时间对达乌里胡枝子种子发芽力的影响

摘　　要：试验研究了2、4、6、8、10、12、14、18、22和26 h等10个不同浸种时间对达乌里胡枝子种子发芽力的影响和种子萌发过程中的吸水规律。结果表明:浸种时间长短,对达乌里胡枝子种子发芽率影响不大,但可以明显提高其发芽势。0-26 h随着浸种时间的延长,发芽势呈现峰值变化,浸种12 h发芽势最高;种子的吸水量也呈现峰值变化,浸种10 h达到饱和吸水状态。The effect of water treatment on the germination vitality and water absorbing pattern of Lespedeza davurica seeds in different soaking time （2,4, 6,8, 10, 12, 14, 18,22 and 26 h） was studied, The results showed that the effect of soaking time on germination rate was not significant, but it was significant on germination capacity. Within 0 to 26 hours, the germination capacity gradually declined after reaching to the highest peak on 12 h. The water absorbing capacity also presented a peak value and became saturation on 10 h.
