摘 要:用NaOH、H2SO4、KNO3、摩破种皮和低温处理等方法对假俭草种子进行萌发试验研究,结果表明:以50 g/L的NaOH处理15 min效果最好,发芽率,发芽势和发芽指数分别为97.5%,72.5%和45.4%,分别比对照高77.5%,72.5%和43.1%,发芽时间较对照提前4 d;其次为摩擦处理,该处理的发芽率可达90%,H2SO4,KNO3和低温处理的最高发芽率分别是72.5%,47.5%和27.5%,因此,不同处理之间发芽率差异显著(P<0.05)。Centipedegrass seeds were treated with NaOH, H2SO4 ,KNO3, rubbing and low temperature and the results indicated that the best treatment was to treat the seed with 50 g/L NaOH nation rate,germination vigor and germination index were 97.5% ,72.5% and 45.36 77.5% ,72.5% and 43.10%). Rubbing treatment took the the second place and the for 15 min,and the germirespectively (increased germination ratewas 90 by %. The germination rates under treatment H2SO4 ,KNO3 ,low temperature were 72.5% ,47.5% and 27.5% respectively. The difference among treatments were significant.
