装备保障业务工程的提出及其体系结构

摘　　要：目前,装备保障系统组织结构与业务运行的模型化分析处于起步阶段,业务理解、界定与描述缺乏规范、统一的标准;缺少完整的参考模型协助装备保障人员进行系统分析,装备保障业务的组织与实施缺少有效的指导理论。在借鉴业务工程理念的基础上,提出了建立装备保障业务工程理论的构想;结合装备保障活动属性对装备保障业务工程的内涵进行了探讨;构建了装备保障业务工程的体系结构框架;对装备保障业务工程研究的意义进行了阐释,为装备保障系统的分析和认知提供了新的思路。At present, research on model analysis of organization framework and business operation of equipment support system is underway, there is not efficient standards, ways and reference models to support system analysis, and there is not systematic theory to direct performance of equipment support business activity. Based on the fundamental of business engineering theory, the paper brings forward the basic concept of equipment support business engineering. Combing with the martial attributes of equipment support business activity, the paper builds the architecture frame of equipment support business engineering and gives a summarization and expatiation about the significance of study of equipment support business engineering, which builds a new way to analyze equipment support system.
