摘　　要：装备采购中的众多问题是由于信息非对称造成的。阐述了非对称信息的概念和分类;应用博弈论方法分析了装备采购中非对称信息的相关情况,建立了非对称信息条件下的装备采购博弈概念模型;并应用所建立的模型,研究提出了解决装备采购问题的对策。Asymmetric information leads to many problems of equipment procurement. This paper elaborates the conception and classification of the asymmetric information, and then makes use of the methods of Game theory to analyze the asymmetric information in equipment procurement. It builds up the Game conceptual model of equipment procurement according to the asymmetric information＇s classification. Applying the model, it studies and puts forward to the strategies of solving the problems of equipment procurement.
