摘　　要：民营企业参与武器装备建设是当前需要引起高度重视的问题。在分析目前民营企业参与装备建设现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了应提高认识、尽快出台相应政策法规、扩大装备承制单位资格审查范围、加强信息发布渠道建设、通过市场监管规范秩序等。The private enterprise participates in the equipment construction is a question which needs to take highly attentions at present. The present situation and existing shortages that private enterprise participates in the equipment market are analyzed in the paper. On the basis of analysis to these shortages, a series of suggestions are proposed, which include deeply comprehending that private enterprise participating in the equipment market, enacting appropriate policy laws and regulations as soon as possible, expanding qualification-examination scope about equipment contractors, enhancing construction of information issuance, adjusting standard order of equipment market through market supervising and managing, etc.
