摘  要:为了改善轴流泵叶顶间隙的流动,减少其空化空蚀的发生,通过3种方案对轴流泵叶片外缘进行修圆角.利用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对不同方案下的间隙流场进行数值摸拟研究,重点分析叶片修圆前后叶顶间隙流场的压力分布和速度分布规律.结果表明,修圆叶片压力面外缘有利于改善间隙流场的流动,可降低间隙空化空蚀的发生,而对泵的总体性能影响不大.Three schemes were adopted to round blade tip in order to improve tip clearance flow and reduce gap cavitation. Numerical simulation was performed for these schemes of axial pump's clearance flow by using software FLUENT, and the patterns of pressure and velocity distributions in the tip clearance area before and after blade tip rounding were analyzed emphatically. The results indicated that tip rounding of blade pressure side could improve flow condition and reduce the probability of gap cavitation while the pump's performance would not be affected significantly.
