摘 要:建立合理的有限元模型,应用有限元法对腹杆与弦杆倾角不相等圆钢管搭接节点进行非线性计算,得出的承载力具有相当的准确度.与弦杆倾角较大腹杆作为搭接腹杆的节点极限承载力较高.由研究分析可知当贯通腹杆与弦杆夹角减小后,节点搭接率降低,但不论CW还是TW型搭接节点极限承载力均相对对称节点有所提高.由公式的计算结果与数据库中N型搭接节点试验结果进行比较可知计算公式可以准确的预测腹杆与弦杆倾角不相同搭接K型节点极限承载力.A rational FEA model was developed, the FEM was used for perform the non-linear calculation of ultimate bearing capacity of CHS joints overlapped with a differently inclined braces and chord, and quite accurate bearing capacity was obtained. The ultimate bearing capacity of CHS joints overlapped with a greater inclination degree of lap brace and chord was found to be higher. When inclination degree was smaller, the overlap ratio decreased, the ultimate bearing capacity of both CW-and TW-type overlapped joints increased compared with that of symmetrically overlapped joints. By comparing the calculation result from formulae to the experimental result of N-type overlapped joints from experiment database, a conclusion could be made that the formulae could accurately predict ultimate bearing capacity of CHS K-joints overlapped with differently inclined braces and chord.
