摘　　要：简要分析了图书馆传统管理的弊端,介绍了倒三角管理方法的由来及含义,对图书馆实行倒三角管理的必要性及图书馆如何实施倒三角管理模式进行了阐述。This paper analyses the abuse of traditional pattern of library management,introduces the origin and implication of inverted triangle management mode,and elaborates the necessity as well as the application of inverted triangle management mode in library management.
