摘　　要：分析了13位国际标准书号的结构及对图书情报机构的影响,提出了图书情报界应对国际标准书号升位的对策,并介绍了UNIMARC常设委员会修订010字段的最新动态。This thesis analyses the structure of 13-digitl ISBN and its influence on information organization,puts forward the way to cope with the upgrade and introduces the new trend of the revision of 010 field by the Permanent UNIMARC Committee.
