摘　　要：网络链接是互联网上普遍存在的现象,是网络服务中的一种。然而作为一种新技术,网络侵权问题层出不穷,主要集中在著作权、商标权和反不正当竞争等知识产权问题上。为了规避网络链接侵权问题,提出了相关的对策。Network link is a ubiquitous phenomenon on intemet, and is one kind of intemet services.As a new kind of technology, infringement problems emerge in endlessly.These legal arguments concentrate on copyright,trademark right and anti-unfair competition.In order to avoid copyright infringement caused by network link,this essay puts forward some related countermeasures.
