摘　　要：对固体渗铝钢的孔隙、裂纹的微观缺陷、局部漏渗及由外力引起的裂纹进行了实验分析和相关腐蚀试验。对渗铝钢产生缺陷的原因及耐蚀性能的影响进行了分析探讨,为JB/10448—2005《钢铁构件固体渗铝工艺及质量检验》机械行业标准的制定提供了大量真实可靠的数据。Laboratory analysis and associated corrosion tests were conducted for the crevices, cracking＇ s micro defects, local leaks and cracks from external forces of powder Al - diffused steels. The causes of defects and their impact on the corrosion resistance of the steel were analyzed, which provided sufficient reliable data for the preparation of industry standard ＂Powder Al - diffusion Process for Steel Members and Quality Inspection＂ JB/10448 - 2005.
