摘　　要：湿式空气高压氧化系统是国内首套从国外引进用来处理废碱液的环保装置,该系统在投用四个月后,其镍基合金Incone1600管道出现严重减薄并导致破裂泄漏。分析管线减薄原因,确定主要是腐蚀所致。经采取增加废碱原料过滤器并对其定期清洗,扩大反应器出口管径并以弯管代替弯头等措施后,使上述镍基合金管道的使用寿命延长了数倍。The wet air high - pressure oxidation system is a first imported spent caustic treatment unit installed for environmental proection. The Ni - based Intonel 500 pipelines experienced severe pipe thinning and leakage from cracking four months after the unit was commissioned. The analysis found that the pipe thinning was mainly caused by corrosion. After effective measures was taken such as addition of feed filter and regular cleaning, expansion of reactor outlet pipeline diameter and use of bended pipe instead of elbow etc, the service life of Ni - based alloy pipeline was several times longer than before.
