摘 要:分别用100,200,250,300,400,500 Gy等6种剂量和250 Gy剂量的137Cs-γ射线辐射15个不同遗传背景的早籼稻品种(系)的种子和糙米。结果表明:低剂量(小于300 Gy)辐射对种子的发芽率和幼苗生长影响不明显;高剂量(300~500 Gy)辐射对发芽率和幼苗生长有明显的抑制作用;250 Gy剂量辐射对糙米的发芽力的抑制作用比种子强;不同品种间千粒重、直链淀粉含量种子经250 Gy剂量辐射后发芽力和幼苗生长存在明显的差异。The seeds and brown rices of 15 early indica rice varieties(lines) selected from different genetic background were irradiated by 137↑ Cs-γ rays, the former was irradiated by 100,200,250,300,400 and 500 Gy dose respectively, and the later was irradiated by 250 Gy dose. The results showed that the lower dose( 〈 300 Gy) to irradiate to seed germination rate and the seedling growth influence was not obvious. The dose of 300 - 500 Gy showed inhibition effects on the germination rate and the growth of seeds. The dose of 250 Gy showed stronger inhibition effects on the germinating ability of the brown rice than the seed. The differences of the germinating ability and the seedling growth were highly significant after irradiated by 250 Gy dose between the lines with different 1000-grain weight and amylose content.
