摘 要:采用聚丙烯腈与单质硫在一定条件下制备含硫复合材料,并利用蔗糖进一步对所得含硫材料进行碳包覆。采用XRD和SEM对该材料进行了表征。以碳包覆材料为正极活性物质,金属锂为负极制备锂二次电池,检验其充放电性能,并考察了碳包覆工艺过程对材料性能的影响。实验证明,经过碳包覆后的材料有较高的质量比容量和良好的循环稳定性。同时,通过组装硫基材料为正极、中间相碳微球材料为负极的全电池,初步考察了硫基正极新型锂电池的充放电特性。A carbon - sulfur composite of the lithium rechargeable battery was synthesized by heating PAN and element sulfur in certain condition. Then, by thermal treatment of the mixture of the composite above - mentioned and cane sugar, a new carbon - coated S - containing composite was gained. The structure of the S - containing composite was characterized by XRD and SEM, and the composite was tested as cathode in a nonaqueous lithium cell based on metal lithium anode to investigate its charge and discharge performance. The impact of thermal treatment process to reversible capacity and cycle durability was researched as well. It was revealed that the new S -containing composite exhibited a high reversible capacity and good cycle durability. Besides, to inspect the charge and discharge characteristic of lithium ion battery based on the S - containing composite as cathode material, batteries which used S - containing composite as cathode and MCMB as anode were fabricated and experimented. The results showed that the batteries had good charge and discharge characteristic.
