摘  要:目的研究黄芩苷对化疗药物所致小鼠免疫功能低下的调节作用。方法建立小鼠免疫低下模型,ig给予黄芩苷40,20,10 mg/kg,用流式细胞仪测定小鼠外周血中T淋巴细胞CD4+、CD8+亚群的分布,常规计数骨髓有核细胞数量,观察巨噬细胞吞噬指数、免疫器官脏器指数及组织形态的变化。结果黄芩苷能够提升免疫低下小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的水平,提高免疫功能,并改善化疗药物导致骨髓造血功能低下的不良反应。结论黄芩苷对化疗所致的免疫低下有保护作用,并能调节机体的免疫功能。Purpose To investigate the immunomodulatory effects of baicalin on drug-induced immunosup- pressive mice. Methods Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group, model group, high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group and lentinan (LTN) group. The immunosuppressive model was established by cyclophosphamide (CY). After ig different doses of baicalin fourteen days, the mice were sacrificed. Bone marrow cell counting (BMC), the index of spleen and thymus, and the phagocytosis ability of macrophage were tested. Flow cytometer was used to determine the proportion of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets immunosuppressive mice. Results Compared with the model group, the percentage of phagocyte and the index of spleen and thymus obviously enhanced in baicalin + CY groups of the middle and high dose; The proportion of CD4 ^+ , CD8 ^+ cells of T lymphocytes was improved, and the number of BMC increased at different doses groups. Conclusion balcalin could modulate the immunological function in drug-induced immunosuppressive mice.
