彩色多普勒超声联合阴茎海绵体注射在阴茎勃起功能障碍诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估多普勒彩超对男性阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)患者阴茎血流动力学检查中的作用。方法47例ED患者经阴茎海绵体注射PGE130μg诱导勃起后行彩色超声多普勒检查左、右海绵体动脉血流指标包括收缩期最大流速(PSV),动脉舒张末期血流速度(EDV),阻力指数(RI)。结果非血管性ED组41例(87.20%)。其中,左、右动脉PSV分别>25cm/s者33例,左、右动脉PSV相加>50cm/s者8例。动脉性ED组2例(4.25%),左、右动脉PSV均<25cm/s,背深静脉未见血流。静脉性ED组4例(8.51%)。结论多普勒彩色超声在男性ED病因检查中具有重要的临床应用价值。[Objecties] To evaluate the clinical value of the colour dopple ultrasonography combined with Intracavernous Injection in diagnosis of vasculogenic erectile dysfunction（ED）. [Methods] Forty-seven males with ED were evaluated by colour doppler sonography after intracavemous injection（ICI） with 30μg prostaglandin E1, and the peak systolic velocity（PSV）, the end diastolic velocity（EDV） of cavernosum artery and resistive index （RI） were mearsured. [Results] Fourty-one patients（87.2%） were nonvasculogenic ED, two patients（4.25%） arteriogenic ED, and four patients（8.51%） venogenic ED. [Conclusion] Duplex ultrasonography with color flow doppler analysis after intracavemous injection of vasoactive drugs has been proved to be a minimally invasive and accurate method in the diagnosis of patients with ED.
