摘 要:目的探讨参麦注射液对急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)大鼠心肌保护作用。方法通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支建立AMI大鼠模型,模型成功后将存活的64只大鼠随机分为四组,每组16只大鼠,观察6个胸导联ST段抬高的总和(∑ST)、室性心律失常发生数、血清中肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性及心肌梗死范围;分光光度法测定组织丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的活性。结果参麦注射液可以降低心肌梗死大鼠的∑ST和心律失常发生数,缩减心肌梗死范围,降低血清CK和LDH活性,减少组织MDA含量和降低MPO活性,升高组织SOD活性,参麦注射液组与硝酸甘油组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)、参麦注射液组与心肌梗死对照组及心肌梗死模型组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液能改善心肌梗死大鼠的心功能,对受损的心肌具有抗缺血再灌注损伤和保护心肌作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of Shenmai injection on the acute myocardial infarction( AMI ) in rats. Methods AMI model was established by ligating the anterior descending coronary artery in SD rats. After the procedure of AMI model was successfully established,64 surviving rats were separated randomly into AMI control group, AMI model group, Shenmai injection group and nitroglycerine group. Results Shenmai injection can decrease ∑ST and incidence of ventricle cardiac arrhythmia, shrank the area of AMI and decreased the LDH content and CK activity in serum, decreased the MDA and MPO activities and increased the SOD activity in the tissue after AMI in rats. No significant difference was found between Shenmai injection group and nitroglycerine group (P 〉0.05) ,but thereg obvious difference in AMI control and AMI model (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The results showed that Shenmai injection has protective effects of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury and improves heart function in rat AMI model .
