摘　　要：根据军事任职教育要加强军事实践性和岗位针对性的要求,结合"雷达信号处理与终端技术"课程的内容和教学特点,以培养学员第一任职能力,提高学员综合素质为目标,提出了教学内容、教学方法和考核方法的针对性,使之成为有效的专业课教学法.Based on the demand that military post education should enhance military practice and the pertinence of post, and combined the contents and teaching features of Radar Signal Processing and Terminal Techniques, the pertinence of the teaching contents, teaching methods and examination methods were distinctly presented and made it an effective teaching methods of specialized courses, in order to bring up the cadets＇ first post ability and enhance their comprehensive quality.
