C反应蛋白与血糖相关性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）变化情况与血糖动态波动的关系。方法选择2型糖尿病患者30例，治疗前后行72h动态血糖监测，并测定CRP，分析血糖与CRP的关系。结果患者治疗后，血糖均有明显改善，空腹血糖全部达标，血糖达标时间从（35．37±5．70）h增加为（66．20±4．71）h，最高血糖从（15．14±1．08）mmol／L下降为（10．77±1．50）mmol/L，平均血糖从（11．38±1．56）mmol/L下降为（7．63±0．77）mmol／L；同时治疗后血清CRP低于治疗前。结论通过研究血清CRP与2型糖尿病疗效的关系。为治疗2型糖尿病及其血管并发症提供了有效的监测指标。Objective To study the connection between serum C reactive protein （CRP） and the fluctuating of continuous blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were included,and their 72 hours continuous bloed glucose and serum CRP before and after the therapy were measured. Results After therapy,72 hours continuous blood glucose was improved,and fasting blood glucose was up to standard. In 72 hours,the time of bloed glucose up to standard was increased from （35.37± 5.70）h to （66.20 ± 4.71 ）h, the climax blood glucose was decreased from （ 15.41 ± 1.08 ）mmol/L to （ 10.77 ±1.50）mmol/L,and the mean blood glucose was decreased from （ 11.38 ±1.56）mmol/L to （7.63 ± 0.77 ）mmol/L. Serum CRP level was decreased through therapy with the distinct discrepancy. Conclusion The research between serum CRP and the fluctuating of continuous blood glucose monitoring provides an available index for treatment of the type 2 diabetes mellitus and the complication syndromes.
