摘　　要：分析了防伪瓶盖塑件的成型工艺。为解决塑件内螺纹及内侧凸起的脱模问题,设计了一种强制脱模结构注塑模,避免侧向分型,简化了模具结构。Upon the basis of analyzing the mould prosess of moulded part——anti-fake bottle cap,an injection mould with forced demoulding mechanism was designed for the moulded part with internal thread and internal ribs,in such a way as to avoid the side parting and simplify the mould structure.
