2006年龙口港入境国际航行船舶携带输入性医学媒介生物情况的监测分析

摘　　要：目的系统了解龙口港入境国际航行船舶携带输入性医学媒介生物的情况,为制定有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法在检疫锚地对入境的国际航行船舶携带输入性的蝇类、蜚蠊类进行调查,对采集的标本进行计数、分类和制作,并对结果进行统计分析。结果2006年共调查389余艘次入境国际航行船舶,输入性蝇类阳性率平均为35.48%(138/389);已鉴定确认的蝇种3种。输入性蜚蠊阳性率平均为5.91%(23/389);已鉴定确认的蜚蠊1种。结论调查发现入境国际航行船舶携带输入性医学昆虫的情况严重,具有阳性率高,风险大的特点,需要加强检疫查验工作,采取有效措施进行防控。Objective To investigate the condition of introduced medical vectors carried by entry international ships at Longkou Port and provide scientific evidences for control medical vectors. Methods The introduced medical vectors, including rats, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches on entry ships at quarantine anchorage of Longkou Port were collected and classified. Results 389 entry ship-times were checked in 2006, which came from 11 different countries and districts. The average positive rate of ships and the number of species was 35.48%（138/389） and 3 for flies, 5.91%（23/389）and 1 for cockroaches respectively. Conclusion It indicates that the seriousness of medical vectors carried by entry international ships,with which of high positive rate and variety of species. More attention should be paid to entry international ships carrying the introduced medical vectors, and concerned effective measures should be taken against it.
