2006年莱州港入境国际航行船舶携带输入性医学媒介生物情况的监测分析

摘　　要：目的系统了解莱州港入境国际航行船舶携带输入性医学媒介生物的情况,为制定有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法在检疫锚地对入境的国际航行船舶携带输入性的鼠类、蚊类、蝇类和蜚蠊进行调查,对采集的标本进行计数、分类和制作,并对结果进行统计分析。结果2006年共调查181艘次入境国际航行船舶。输入性蚊类阳性率为0.5%(1/181),已鉴定的蚊类1种。输入性蝇类阳性率平均为44.7%(81/181);已鉴定确认的蝇种1种。输入性蜚蠊阳性率平均为1.7%(3/181);已鉴定确认的蜚蠊1种。未发现输入性鼠类。结论调查证实入境国际航行船舶携带输入性医学昆虫的情况比较严重,对此应给予高度关注。Objective To investigate the condition of introduced medical vectors carried by entry international ships at Laizhou Port and provide scientific evidences for control medical vectors. Methods The introduced medical vectors, including rats, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches on entry ships at quarantine anchorage of Laizhou Port were collected and classified. Results 181 entry ship-times were checked in 2006. The average positive rate of ships and the number of species identified was 0.5%（ 1/181 ） and 1 for mosquitoes, 44.7%（81/181） and 1 for flies, 1.7% （181）and 1 for cockroaches respectively. The rodents concerned not found. Conclusion It indicates that the more seriousness of＂ medical vectors carried by entry international ships. More attention should be paid to it.
