摘 要:目的了解2002~2006年重庆市无偿献血者的血液感染状况,以提高血液质量,保障输血安全。方法用赖氏法检测血液ALT,ELISA法检测血液HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒等可经输血传播的病原体;结果采用SPSS12.0统计软件进行卡方检验。结果共检测349398人次,不合格13012人次,总不合格率为3。72%;HBsAg、梅毒、抗-HCV和抗-HIV阳性率分别为1.16%、0。99%、0,56%和0.012%,ALT异常率为1.00%;各年检测总不合格率在3.36%~4.11%之间,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论无偿献血人群中,引起血液不合格以HBsAg比例最高(1.16%),其次为ALT和梅毒,不合格率均在1.0%左右;无偿献血人群也有一定比例感染HCV和HIV。应不断加强血液质量控制,保障血液安全。Objective To get the message about the infection condition of blood in voluntary donors in Chongqing from 2002 to 2006. Methods ALT were Detected by Reitman-Frankel method, HBsAg, anti-HCV,抗 anti -HIV,anti -TP by ELISA. Results 349 398 Serum samples from blood donors were detected, 13 012 of which were unqualified, the disqualification rate was 3.72%. The positive rates of HBsAg, syphilis,anti-HCV and anti-HIV were 1.16% ,0.99% ,0.56% and 0. 012% respectively,and the abnormality rate of ALT was 1.00%. The disqualification rate of every year from 2002 to 2006 was between 3, 36% to 4. 11% and has significant difference(P=0. 000). Conclusion The positive rate of HBsAg was the highest( 1.16 % ). The abnormality rates of ALT and syphilis were next to it, both about 1.0%. There were some people infected by HCV or HIV. It is important significance to strengthen blood quality control and assure blood security.
