摘 要:制动一直是电力拖动系统的重要问题之一。三相感应电动机的电气制动的研究在文献中已广泛涉及到了,然而,三绕组单相电容电动机电气制动的问题并没有引起足够的注意。针对这一情况,本文对Y接法的三绕组单相电容电动机的电气制动交流制动进行了初步探索,对提出的两种接线方式进行仿真研究。根据Y接法三绕组单相电容电动机在α-β坐标系下的状态空间瞬态数学模型,编写计算机仿真程序,通过实例对电动机带通风机负载时在所提出的接线方式下的交流制动的瞬态过程进行仿真计算,给出了仿真特性曲线。仿真结果表明,Y接法的三绕组单相电容电动机带通风机负载时可以进行交流制动实现快速停车;通过改变电容的数值可以调节制动停车的时间;当电容一定时,可以在定子电路中串联电阻来限制制动过程中的电流和电磁转矩,调节制动停车的时间。The braking has been one of important problem for electric power drive systems at all times. Electrical braking of three phase induction motors already extensive involves in literature and yet electrical braking problems of three-winding single phase capacitance motors did not cause the enough attention, Aiming at this circumstance, this paper moved the proceeding the first step investigates for AC braking of threewinding single-phase capacitance motors with wye-connectod, putting forward the two kinds of connection method during braking. The state space mathematics models of three-winding single-phase capacitance induction motors with the wye-connectod in stationary α-β coordinate frame have been used to get the transient characterisics. Matlab language was used to develop the computer simulation program. The program was applied to emulate AC braking transient process of three-winding single-phase capacitcace motors with wye-connectod take ventlatod machine load through example. The results of simulation show that three-winding single-phase capacitance motors with wye-connected drive ventilated machine load can proceed to AC braking to realize fast stopping. The capacitance number of changes can regulate system braking stopping time. When capacitance is certain, can establish the resistance to limit the electric current and electromagnetical torque in stator circuit during the braking process, regulating braking stopping time.
