摘　　要：Ta-2.5W属于难熔重金属合金,焊接时易氧化,出现冷热裂纹的倾向大,焊接难度极大。通过对Ta-2.5W管的焊接、热处理、拉伸试验、高温静态浸泡试验以及微观晶相组织分析等一系列试验研究,掌握了Ta-2.5W的特殊焊接技术工艺要求和焊接性能。Ta- 2 .SW is a heavy metal with characteristic of difficult meltability. It is oxidized easily and tends to appear cold crack and hot crack while being welded. Through studying the series of welding, heat treatment, tensile test, high temperature static state soak test and crystalline phase analysis, the special welding processing and welding performance were grasped.
