空气波压力治疗仪治疗老年糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察空气波压力治疗仪对老年糖尿病下肢血管病变的治疗效果。方法对30例老年糖尿病下肢血管病变患者,采用空气波压力治疗仪治疗1～4周,观察临床症状的改善及治疗前后踝肱比值(ABI)、足背动脉血流的变化。结果30例中显效23例,有效4例,总有效率90%,治疗过程中无不良反应。结论空气波压力治疗仪治疗老年糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效确切,使用安全。Objective To detect the efficacy of atmosphere pressure therapy in treating the elderly patients with LEADDP. Methods 30 aged cases with diabetes and LEADDP were treated with Atmosphere Pressure Therapy for 1 to 4 weeks. Clinical symptoms, Ankle/brachium index（ABI） and blood flow of dorsal artery of foot were observed and measured before and after the treatment. Results 23 out of 30 cases indicated excellent efficacy ;4 out of 30 had good efficacy. Overall responding rate was 90 percent. No side reaction was seen in all patients. Conclusion There is a sure efficacy for atmosphere pressure therapy in treating the elderly diabetic patients with LEADDP.
