摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏钙化、血管钙化与骨钙素表达的关系。方法用链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,并以正常大鼠作为对照组,于第3、6个月末分别采用VonKossa染色观察肾脏钙盐沉积、免疫组化观察肾脏骨钙素的表达水平。结果糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏及血管有骨钙素的表达,且与钙盐沉积正相关(r=0.81,P<0.05)。正常大鼠肾脏没有发现骨钙素的表达。结论糖尿病肾病晚期肾脏、血管出现钙盐沉积,骨钙素的表达水平与钙盐沉积程度呈正相关。Objective To explore the relation of bone gla protein(BGP) expression with kidney calcification and angiosteosis in rats with diabetes nephropathy. Method At the end of 3rd and 6th month, we observed kidney calcification,angiosteosis and bone gla protein expression in rats with STZ -induceded diabetic nephropathy. Meanwhile,normal rats served as control groups, blood, urine, and kidney samples were taken at 3rd and 6th month. Expression of bone gla protein was investigated using immunohistochemistry at 3rd and 6th month. Angiosteosis and Kidney calcification (calcium deposition) was investigated using Von Kossa staining. Result There was expression of bone gla protein in kidney and vascellum with diabetic nephropathy rats. There was positive relation between expression of bone gla protein and kidney calcium deposition( r = 0. 81 ,P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no expression of bone gla protein in normal rats. Conclusion There are kidney calcium depositions and positive relation between expression of bone gla protein and kidney calcium deposition in rats with advanced stage of diabetic nephropathy.
