摘　　要：巴家嘴水库建于黄土高原,水库泥沙淤积严重。通过对上游流域水沙配置、水库淤积特点、水库运行方式的研究,认为应该采取上游拦沙(水土保持)、修建上游水库与巴家嘴水库联合运行进行调水调沙、库区泥沙治理(河槽疏浚)等综合处理措施,以确保水库能长期稳定地发挥效益。Bajiazui reservoir was constructed in loess plateau. The sediment has been silted up in the reservoir seriously. Based on the study on water and silt arrangement in the upstream reservoir, the reservoir silting-up characteristics and the operation way of reservoir, it is considered that the comprehensive treatment measures should be taken such as the adoption of blocking silt at upstream, constructing upstream reservoir in order to make conjunctive use with the Bajiazui Reservoir, and treating the sediment in the reservoir area, in order to ensure the benefit of reservoir to be stably produced,
