摘 要:目的:探讨保健科门诊对老年糖尿病患者实施小组健康教育工作的方法,并对其效果进行评价。方法:82例老年糖尿病患者随机分为研究组和对照组各41例。研究组患者按照小组健康教育工作制分为4个阶段对患者进行治疗:①糖尿病普及知识期。②针对个体教育期。③巩固及治疗期。④巩固疗效期等。对照组按照传统的方法治疗及护理。结果:经过1-2年的观察,研究组患者的血糖指数、胰岛素水平及敏感指数,血脂等均明显低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.01或0.05)、患者满意度及自我照顾能力的百分率均高于对照组。结论:小组健康教育工作制能显著提高糖尿病患者对自身疾病的认识,掌握自我管理技能,服从治疗的依从性明显增加,生存质量改善。Abstract Objective: To investigate the method of group--based healthy education towards geriatric patients with diabetes and evaluate the efficacy. Methods: Eighty--two geriatric patients with diabetes were randomly divided into test and control groups. According to the group--education mechanism, the patients in the test group were treated in 4 stages: (1)Popularization of knowledge of diabetes; (2)Individual education; (3)Reinforcement and treatment; (4) Reinforcement of efficacy. The patients in the control group were treated by traditional method. Results: After observation for 1--2 years, blood glucose, level and sensitivity of insulin, and level of blood fat in test group were lower than those before treatment and those in control group (P〈0.01or0.05). The percentage of satisfaction and ability of self-- care in test group was higher than in control group. Conclusion; The method of group--based healthy education can obviously improve cognition, self--care ability, obedience to treatments and life quality of diabetic patients.
