摘　　要：介绍了西欧"11.4"大停电事故的发生、发展过程,并分析了此次大停电的主要原因,从中吸取大停电的教训,基于山西电网的现状,提出了为保证山西电网安全稳定运行应做的工作。The ocurring and developing process of large-scope blackout dated on November 4. 2006 in western Europe has been presented. The main reasons bringing about the large-scope blackout have been analyzed and lessones have been learned. Based on the current status of Shanxi Power Grid, measures to safe and stable operation have been proposed.
