金融业集群发展研究——论重庆长江上游金融中心建设

摘　　要：在审视长江上游金融发展格局的基础上,运用产业集群理论来研究长江上游金融中心形成与发展的动力机制,探讨构建重庆长江上游金融中心的金融服务业产业集群路径与对策。构建金融中心重点是提升重庆金融业产业集群竞争力和金融业产业集中度,因此,要建立与金融业产业集群配套的物流基地,构造长江上游地区的市场化、有偿及双边或多边利益调节机制和金融格局。The paper uses industrial cluster theory to study the mechanism of forming and developing the financial center of the upper Yangtze River, and discusses the path and solution of finance service cluster to build the financial center of the upper Yangtze River in Chongqing, based on the view of financial deploy of the upper Yangtze River. The key of building the financial center is upgrading Chongqing＇ s competitiveness of finance service cluster and the industrial concentration of finance service. The conclusion is that it is necessary to build logistics terminals to support finance industry cluster, and to construct the marketable, paid and bilateral or multilateral interest regulation mechanism and financial status in the region of the upper Yangtze River.
