摘 要:通过理论推导,定量分析了用等分齿盘作为扭转振动测量信号齿盘时,齿盘齿数与扭振测量精度之间的数学关系,并对仿真信号进行了分析,确定了单谐次幅值精度满足要求时每周期内所需的最少采样点数以及齿数较少时的有效简谐次数。以某多缸车用内燃机为研究对象,进行并齿处理后,比较各谐次幅值随齿数的变化,进一步验证了结论的正确性;同时,利用理论分析得到的数学关系,对少齿数扭振信号进行准确有效地修正。Through theoretical derivations, the mathematical relationship between the gear teeth number and the accuracy of torsional vibration measurement was analyzed quantitatively when tooth disc with equally spaced teeth was used as the signal tooth disc to measure torsional vibration signal. In the paper, the simulatiing signal was also analyzed. The minimum number of sampling points in every cycle for meeting the precision of single harmonic amplitude was then determined. Meanwhile, the effective harmonic frequency orders when the teeth number was less were obtained. Taking a multi-cylinder engine as an example,the conclusion was testified to be correct by studying the teeth number variation with the harmonic amplitude after the treatment of "teeth combination", and the torsional vibration signal could be modified exactly and effectively with the mathematical relationship acquired by the theoretical analysis.
