摘  要:客车行业竞争之激烈毋庸置疑,虽然近年来我国客车行业的发展遇上了前所未有的契机,但求新、求变、求发展,依旧是这一行业未来竞争的主要源动力。作为客车行业的下游,客运行业近年也经历过数次转变,每一时期追求的目标和关注的重点有非常明显的区别和界限。Since the establishment, Baoding Transportation Company has experienced three important changes: first, business focus change——from commodity transportation to mainly passenger transport; second, branding change——from buying local, socalled" brands" to selecting official brands; third, management style change —— from rough styles to more organized and detail-oriented. Coincidently, the company’s three major changes all coincide with the three turning points in the develop-ment of the coach industry.
