摘　　要：受高层建筑起步较晚及产品开发难度较大等因素的影响,国内举高类消防车的开发从1997年至今一直停留在55m以下的车型,举升高度没有进一步提升。近年来,随着省会城市及沿海发达城市高层、超高层建筑的迅速崛起，我国对工作高度在60m以上的巨型平台车有着明显的需求。The DG 68, a fire-truck with lifting-platform developed by XCMG, has filled the gap in China’s fire engine manufacturing history. It has many high-grade technical features, such as a large operational range （capable of reaching 68 meters in height）, powerful fire-fighting rescue capabilities, advanced mobility and high reliability. These achievements show that China’s fire engines with lifting-platforms have developed to a considerable level.
