摘　　要：车辆日常使用中,必须上缴养路费、运营费、交通管理费等交通主管部门收取的法定费用,这是车辆所属企业一笔不小的开支,尤其是拥有车辆数量较多的单位。大型矿山企业一般拥有较多的自卸汽车、乘用车及其他各吨位载重汽车、散装水泥运输车、通勤客车等车辆，每月各项费用支出较高。It is known that Road Maintenance Fare, operating fees, traffic and other administrative fees are quite high. Taking the specialties of the mining industry as an example, this article discusses how to find a reasonable way to take advantage of certain policies and regulations for the purpose of reducing the costs of administrative management fees.
