摘　　要：目的:了解腹膜后腹腔镜手术对全麻患者呼吸及循环的影响。方法:选择60例患者择期行腹膜后腹腔镜泌尿外科手术,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级。观察气腹前、气腹后30、60、90min的MAP、HR、pH、PaCO2、PETCO2、Pa-PETCO2的变化。结果:气腹后患者MAP和HR无显著变化(P>0.05),气腹后较气腹前pH降低,PaCO2、PETCO2、Pa-PETCO2升高(P<0.05),气腹后各时间点以上指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:气腹后PaCO2、PETCO2上升,pH下降,但不呈进行性的变化。Objective：To observe the effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.Methods：Sixty patients（ASAⅠ - Ⅱ） scheduled for retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia were studied. MAP,HR,pH,PaCO2,PETCO2,Pa-PETCO2 were observed before and after CO2 insufflation.Results：MAP and HR were not significantly different before and after CO2 insufflation（P〉0.05）.After CO2 insufflation pH was reduced, PaCO2,PETCO2 and Pa-PETCO2 were increased（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference at different time after CO2 insufflation.Conclusions：After CO2 insufflation PaCO2 and PETCO2 are increased and pH was reduced. But the change isn＇ t progressive.
