摘　　要：论文对近年来建筑隔声在研究和实践的几个主要方面进展,作一评述。所讨论的问题包括:质量定律与单值评价、轻钢龙骨板墙的隔声、楼板隔声的评价、侧向传声、声屏障及绿化降噪、窗的隔声和通风、敞开办公室的私密性。During past decades, extensive research has been carried out on sound insulation in buildings. Recent research progress reviewed in this paper includes following topics： mass law and single number rating, sound insulation of lightweight stud-panel walls, evaluation method for the floor impact sound insulation, flanking transmission in buildings, traffic noise barriers and noise reduction by green belt, sound insulation and air ventilation of windows, privacy in open plan offices.
