摘 要:为研究敷设粘弹性层的钢板复合结构的振动声辐射性能,在水声声管中对小样品进行振动声辐射的测量。通过外部激励,安装在水声声管内部的样品向声管内辐射声波,测量敷设粘弹性材料前后钢板的辐射声波,可以定量地检测出粘弹性材料对辐射噪声的降低量。采用有限元法计算复合结构样品的传递特性,数值计算结果和试验结果进行对比,验证此实验方法的正确性。In order to study the sound radiation of complex structure of steel plate and viscoelastic material, the vibration acoustic radiation of a small sample in the water-filled impedance tube was measured. Through outer excitation, the sample which was fixed in the tube radiation sound wave, and the radiation sound wave was measured before and after the viscoelastic material stock to the steel plate. The decrease quantity can be checkout. The transfer characteristic of complex structure sample was computed by finite element method. Numerical computing results and experiment results were contrasted, and the experiment method was validated by this method.
