邵东县民营民办县域工业园区运作创新模式研究

摘　　要：文章通过对民营民办县域工业园区运作模式和政府主导的的工业园区开发模式的比较分析,发现前者较后者具有更多的比较优势。并着重探讨了邵东民营民办工业园区模式相对于湖南省其它工业园区的民营民办模式更是一种创新,主要表现为:开发主体功能的创新;政府提供优惠政策的创新;入区企业、开发商与政府三者之间关系通道及优化经济环境的创新。Based on Private-Private county industrial park mode of operation and the govemment-led industrial park development mode of comparatively analysis, It shows that the former has the comparative advantage than the latter. And the Private-Private Industrial Park operation mode of Shaodong is a kind of innovation to other private industrial park＇s private operation modes in Hunan, mainly as follows ： The function innovation of the development subject ; The policies innovation govemment provided; The innovation of relation channel and economic environment among the enterprises in the zone,developers and the govemment.
