摘 要:目的探讨孕鼠感染附红体后与宫内胎鼠垂直传播的相关性。方法采用夹夜法捕获鼠形动物,并解剖观察其繁殖状况,获取性别、怀孕率、胎仔数,繁殖指数及宫内胎鼠感染附红细胞体的检测。结果捕获鼠密度为1.43%,附红细胞体感染率为55.59%,雄性鼠感染率为56.12%,雌鼠感染率为55.29%,孕鼠感染率为68.57%;室内鼠密度为2.33%,平均感染率为58.46%;野外鼠密度为0.71%,感染率为47.95%;平均怀孕率为20.47%,平均胎细胞感染率为71.84%,平均繁殖指数为5.89只,每年4~5月和9~10月出现2次繁殖高峰,分别为48.57%和40.00%,但附红细胞体感染未见明显季节高峰。结论孕鼠携带附红体后传给胎鼠的途径主要是经胎盘传播,是附红体母婴传播的重要途径。Objective To explore the correlation between pregnant rats/infection of eperythrozoonsis and vertical transmission. Methods Capturing rat-like animals with night trapping method, anatomizing and observing the reproductive status and getting the results about pregnancy rate, litter size, breeding index and intrauterine fetal infection of eperythrozoonsis. Results The capture density was 1.43%. The infection rate of eperythrozoonsis was 55.59% and the rates of male rats, female rats and pregnant rats were 56.12%, 55.29% and 68.57% respectively. The density and mean infection rate of indoor rats were 2.33% and 58.46%, while the rates of outdoor rats were 0.71% and 47.95% respectively. The mean pregnant rate, the mean infection rate of fetal rats and average breeding index were 20.47% ,71.84% and 5.89 respectively. Annually, there were two reproductive peak periods, from April to May and from September to October, and the pregnant rates were 48.57% and 21.21% respectively. However, there was no evident seasonal peak in the infection of eperythrozoonsis. Conclusion Intrauterine infection is the main pathway for mother-to-infant transmission.
