西甲硅油乳剂在肠镜检查术前准备中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察西甲硅油对结肠镜检查术前的肠道清洁效果和对患者舒适度的影响及其不良反应。方法80例接受结肠镜检查的病人随机分为A组(40例)和B组(40例)。B组术前常规应用甘露醇,A组在应用甘露醇的基础上,加用西甲硅油乳剂,每天3次,每次5mL,共3d。术中观察肠腔清洁度,肠内泡沫情况和患者的舒适度及其副作用。结果A组肠道清洁率为97.5%(39/40),显著高于B组的80.0%(32/40);术中舒适及满意程度:A、B组优良率分别为70.0%和40.0%;肠内无泡和少泡率:A组(77.5%)明显高于B组(32.5%);两组在副作用方面比较无显著差异。结论西甲硅油对结肠镜检查前的肠道准备有良好的促进作用,与甘露醇联合应用可改善肠道清洁度和患者对结肠镜检查感觉的舒适度,无明显的不良反应。Objective To observe the effects of simethicone on colonic clean and patients＇eonffort, Method Eighty patients subject to colonoscopy were randomly divided into two groups： group A and group B. Mannitol were administered to patients in group B while mannitol plus simethicone to those in group A with 5 mL each time and three times a day for consecutive three days, The colonic cleaness, intracolonic foam and patients＇ comfort were observed during the examination, Result The colonic clean rate 97.5%（39/40） in group A was significantly higher than that in group B 80,0%（32/40）. The comfort rate and intracolonic foam free and few foam rate are both higher that those in group B（70.0% vs 40.0%, 77.5% vs 32.5%） while there was no difference of side effects between both groups. Conclusion Simethicone had favorable improvement for bowel preparation before the exam of colonoscopy. It could improve colonic clean and patients＇ comfort with no apparent side effects in combination with mannitol.
