摘 要:目的比较A群流脑多糖疫苗接种前后人群的特异性抗体水平情况,评价免疫效果。方法以广州大学城某工地工人和某学院在校学生为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附试验对工地工人32人,学生147人在A群流脑多糖疫苗接种前以及接种20d后采集的血清抗体进行检测。结果接种A群多糖疫苗20d后,工地工人抗体阳性率由接种前的18.75%提高到87.50%,GMT由2.65提高到21.60;学生抗体阳性率由接种前的41.50%提高到80.95%,GMT由4.21提高到15.85,统计分析显示接种前后抗体阳性率、GMT之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论发生流脑疫情时对特定区域人群进行疫苗接种能迅速提高人群的整体抗体水平,有利于保护易感人群,防止疫情进一步蔓延。Objective To study specific antibody level in people who were administrated with polysaccharide vaccine against Neisseria meningitides serogroup A. Method ELISA method was applied to detect the serum antibody level of 32 workers and 147 students before and twenty days after being administrated with the polysaccharide vaccine against Neisseria meningitides serogroup A. Result Twenty days after being administrated with the vaccine, the antibody positive rate of the workers raised from 18.75% to 87.50%, and GMT raised from 2.65 to 21.60, while the positive rate of the students raised from 41.50% to 80.95%, and GMT raised from 4.21 to 15.85. Statistically, there was a significant difference between the postive rates before and after administration (P〈 0.001). Conclusion Administrating of the vaccine can raise the overall antibody level rapidly in epidemic area caused by Neisseria meningitides, which can protect susceptible people and prevent further spreading of the disease.
