摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP—ES)对采自浙江省天日山国家自然保护区的18种苔藓和4种种子植物体内的As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,Pb,V,Zn,Al,Fe,K,Ca,Na,Mg,P16种元素含量进行测定和比较.结果表明:不同苔藓植物对同种元素的富集能力不同,同种苔藓对不同元素的富集能力也不同;部分土生苔藓植物体内及其着生的土壤中的元素含量比较说明:苔藓植物体内重金属含量与其生长基质无显著相关性,同时证明苔藓植物在监测重金属污染方面要优于种子植物,是一种良好的大气质量指示植物。By means of ICP-ES analysis method, the contents of 16 chemical elements, namely , AS, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, V, Zn, Al, Fe, K, Ca, Na, Mg, in the plants of 18 bryophytes and4 seed plants collected from Tianmu Mountain, Zhejiang Province were analyzed and compared. The results showed : ( 1 ) Different species of bryophytes have different absorptive ability to the same element , and the same bryophyte has different absorptive ability to the different elements ; (2) Concentrations of the elements between bryophytes and the soil where the plants grow have no distinct correlation; (3) In general, the contents of heavy metal elements in the bryophytes were higher than these in seed plants , but the nutrient elements were higher in seed plant. The bryophytes with higher ability of absorbing heavy metals are good plants for monitoring environment pollution.
