摘 要:文章介绍了某铜矿Φ8.53×3.96m半自磨机实际混合充填率由18%增加到28%左右,处理量由200 t/h增加到340 t/h左右。按四维破磨理论分析,当实际混合充填率≤28%会产生钢球直接砸筒体衬板,造成处理量低,能耗极高。提出装钢球120 t不变,实际混合充填率由28%增加到处理能力最大能源利用率最高的最佳实际混合充填率50%左右,其处理量又由340 t/h增加到670 t/h左右。半自磨用电单耗由实际混合充填率20%左右的14.6kW h/t下降到7.0kW h/t左右,节电50%以上。The paper interpreted that the really mixed filling ratio of the 08.53 × 3.96m semiautomatic grinding machine has increased from 18% to 28% , and quantity of process has done from 200t/h to 340t/h in Wax Gourd Hill Copper Mine in TongLing. According to the 4-dimensional grinding theory, the steel ball may directly break the back lining of the tube when the really mixed filling is not more than 28% , so the quantity of process is lower and the energy consumption higher. In this paper the authors put forward that should increase the really mixed filling from 28% to 55% with the remaining steel ball 120t. Thus get great processing abilities which can reach 670t/h instead of 340t/h and the electricity consumption can fall from 14.6kWh/t to 7,0kWh/t with energy saving over 50%.
