摘　　要：转炉倾动机构是转炉炼钢生产的关键设备。介绍了某炼钢厂250 t转炉倾动机构现场测试方法,并通过分析现场测试数据和结合共振解调法对悬挂齿轮箱耳轴轴承进行了故障诊断,诊断结果与实际情况相符。Converter dumping device is the key equipment in the steelmaking. This paper introduces a measure method of the 250t converter dumping device. Based on the measure data, the trunnion bearing＇s fault of this converter＇s suspended gearbox is diagnosed via resonance demodulation technique. The diagnosed result is con- sistent with the fact.
