摘　　要：冷剪机是棒材生产线的关键设备,它的正常运行直接关系到轧钢生产。针对涟钢棒材二厂冷剪机运行过程中出现的故障,从其结构形式和受力状态进行分析,找出了故障产生的原因和解决办法。As a key equipment in bar mill, the normal operation of the cold shear will influence the steel rolling directly. Focusing on the problems happened in the running of this cold shear in No. 2 Bar Mill in Lianyuan Steel, its structure and force condition are analyzed and the reasons and solutions of these problems are pointed out.
