摘　　要：棒材在集捆包装时,不可避免的出现钢筋之间交叉,影响包装质量。通过采用曲柄摇杆机构原理对振动装置进行理论设计计算,提高了打捆质量,同时减轻了劳动强度。When rod packing, the confusion is produced for rod ,influence on packed quality, pass through theoretical calculation to packing device which used the principl of crank and rocker mechanism, After using the device, the rods packing quality is improved and it is recluced of the labours.
