摘  要:马钢第一钢轧总厂95 t转炉扩容改造后炉体与托圈的间隙要随之变小,对炉体与托圈的间隙进行理论分析和实际测量,并提出通过强化冷却炉壳等措施来控制炉壳变形,保证炉壳与托圈的间隙,以提高炉壳使用寿命。The space between converter's body and supporting ring will become smaller after extended the capacity reformation of 95t converter of the first total rolling mill of Masteel. The theoretical analysis and actual measure on the space between converter's body and supporting ring is given, improving strengthening cooling to shell and keeping the space between shell and the supporting ring are put forward to solve the problem of the creep deformation of the shell.
