云南特困少数民族地区新农村建设的特殊性问题研究

摘　　要：经济社会发展的相对滞后性、社会问题的复杂性使云南特困民族地区成为一个具有特定内涵的区域。家族血缘性、传统习惯法的存在,特殊的地理环境和传统精神文化对农业发展模式的制约等诸多相关因素的作用形成了这一地区社会主义新农村建设中民主政治建设、现代农业建设的特殊性;而文化选择机制的作用、传承文化场转换、替代则直接造成这一地区构建和谐文化的特殊性。The backwardness of the economic and social development and the complexity of the social problems make the extrapoor regions in Yunnan special regions with certain connotations. The existence of family blood chains and the conventional unwritten laws, the confinement of the special geographical environments and the traditional spiritual cultures on the development of agriculture and other relevant factors make the particular problems occur in the democracy and modem agriculture constructions in the process of the socialist new countryside construction of the region. While the mechanism of culture choice, the transformation and the replacement of the culture transmitting spots directly produce the particular problems of the harmonious culture construction of the region.
