Determination of Microelemenu in Gynostemma Pentaphyllum by Suspension Sampling-Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘  要:用悬浮液技术处理绞股蓝样品,即将样品烘干、粉碎、过筛,并悬浮在1.5 g/L琼脂溶液中制成均匀的悬浮液,建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定绞股蓝中微量元素的新方法.对悬浮剂的选择、化学干扰的消除进行了考察,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.1%,以传统湿法的测定结果为参照对测定值进行t检验,发现两者无显著性差异,相对误差小于±2.5%,说明悬浮液进样法的测定结果准确可靠.The sample of gynostemma pentaphyllum was treated with the suspension technique. The samples were baked, crushed, sifted and then suspended in 1.5 g/L agar solution and were made into a homogeneous suspension. A method for the determination of microelements in gynostemma pentaphyllum by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established. Choice of suspension agent and elimination of chemical interference were studied. The relative standard deviations were less than 2. 1%. The value that has been determined is examined through t-examination, by referring to the outcome of traditional wet method. The outcome has showed that the difference between the two methods is not remarkable, and the relative errors between them were less than ±2.5%. It showed that the results determined by suspension sample injection are accurate and reliable.
